These Terms govern your use of DocCertify. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

DocCertify lets organizations issue branded, tamper-evident documents and provide public verification of them. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the documents and recipient data you issue.

Acceptable use

You may not use DocCertify to issue fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and include the document allowances shown on our pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll notify you of material changes.
